Meat Dispatched Frozen:
Meat products are sent out frozen at -18 degrees C packed with 2 litre icepacks.
Usually the meat will still be frozen when you unpack your order, but due to variable conditions such as hot days and the time of day you unpack your order, we can’t guarantee that meat will still be fully frozen upon arrival.
For us, If we bring home frozen meat and it has partly thawed, we either pop it in the freezer or in the fridge to eat within a few days.
