This Full Cream Milk Powder has a rich, creamy flavour and is packed with protein and calcium. It is prepared by removing water from full cream milk, and then drying.
Dried milk may be reconstituted with water to make a substitute for fresh milk, it can be used in dairy blends and cooking. It may be added to recipes for bread, scones cakes, puddings and confectionary. You can make traditional milk drinks, as well as milk shakes and health drinks. Also used as a nutritional supplement. 1 cup of milk powder and 4 cups of water make 1 litre of milk.
