This Skim Milk Powder is low in fat yet full in flavour, packed with protein and calcium. Our product is prepared by removing water and the majority of fat from full cream milk, and then drying.
Dried milk may be reconstituted with water to make a substitute for fresh milk, it can be used in dairy blends and cooking. It may be added to recipes for bread, scones cakes, puddings and confectionary. You can make traditional milk drinks, as well as milk shakes and health drinks. Also used as a nutritional supplement. 1 cup of milk powder and 4 cups of water make 1 litre of milk.
