Some of our breads are occasionally frozen to help manage demand and reduce waste. They’re always baked fresh first, then frozen at peak freshness if needed.
These items are always packed fresh:
• Spelt Sourdough Batard Loaf
• Brioche Bun Sourdough (Single)
• Croissant
• Almond Croissant
For all other breads:
• Fresh bread is packed first.
• Once fresh runs out, we use frozen stock.
• Frozen stock is rotated, using the ones we froze first.
