Elliott premium beef and lamb comes from a family run operation at Jackson, near Roma in South West Queensland, 400km north west of Brisbane on the Warrego Highway. Shane and Jane Elliott and their two sons run farm organically producing high quality sustainable and naturally produced beef and lamb.
Kandanga Farm is a Certified Organic 200 acre working cattle property in the stunning Mary Valley region of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
Tim and Amber Scott have managed the property since late 2014 and are gradually regenerating the landscape using holistic management principles. Tim and Amber graze their animals to mimic natures natural patterns and achieved full certified organic status in 2020. This is seriously some of the best meat you can buy. Meat products are sent out frozen at -18°C and packed with an icepack. Our refrigerated vehicles run at around 4°C, so usually the meat will still be frozen when you unpack your order.
But if the box sits at your door for hours on a hot summer day and you get home late, we can’t guarantee the meat will still be fully frozen when you unpack. Very partially thawed meat can generally be refrozen, otherwise just keep in the refrigerator and eat within a few days.
