We have now switched to a new refrigerated courier!
Fastway Couriers have served us well over the years, but they are not specifically tailored to deliver perishable produce. This has sometimes resulted in issues with damaged goods from rough handling, instructions not being followed and deliveries not keeping cool.
So we have now switched to a new refrigerated courier! "Home Delivery Service Refrigerated Couriers". These guys are the professionals, long term specialists in cold transport, and are currently delivering for some of the biggest food delivery companies in Australia. So now your precious produce will arrive extra cool!
Changes to Order Cut-Offs and Delivery Days
With the new couriers has come changes to delivery days and order cut-off times. We're now offering more delivery days for most areas including Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and even weekend deliveries for the wider Brisbane area. Please check the new options available for your area by hitting this button.

Live Tracking and More Delivery Notifications
You can now track the arrival of your delivery with the code we send you on morning of delivery. Also, you'll receive an SMS when your driver is on the way to your house and again when delivery is completed.
Weekend Deliveries For Wider Brisbane / Ipswich!
Imagine getting your delivery on the weekend so you can get organised before the week starts! You can now choose Saturday and Sunday delivery as long as you're ordering before Wednesday 10pm.

Points to Note
Tracking Arrival Time On Delivery Day
When tracking your order on day of delivery, your arrival time will initially show as "8am - 6pm". Once the driver has loaded your order at 8-9am an actual arrival time will be shown. Keep in mind this arrival time will usually be fairly accurate, but may change if the driver experiences changes or holdups. The time updates every 5 minutes.
Delivery Time Sometimes Later Than Previous Courier
Our previous courier had a driver for each suburb, so deliveries were often early in the morning. Now our boxes are spread across fewer drivers with larger runs, so orders will arrive later in the day for customers toward the end of a run.
Instruct Your Driver On Delivery Day
If you have a once-off change to the delivery instructions on your account, you can notify the driver yourself on the bottom of the order tracking page.
All Delivery Options Not Always Visible
You may notice that not all delivery options are visible all the time on the checkout page. After the cut-off time for a given delivery day, the delivery option will be hidden for a day or 2 to avoid confusion.
For example, if we left "10pm Tuesday cut-off for Friday delivery" visible on a Wednesday, customers may assume they can still order for the coming Friday, even though the cut-off time has passed.
