Cheese Haloumi 200gm

Made with rich creamy milk from organic farmers in Western Victoria. Moderately salted and moist with a creamy texture. With its high melting point it is delicious grilled on a frypan with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon on top. Matured for 6 months before being released.


Ingredients: Australian Organic Milk (98%), Salt, Non-Animal Rennet.
