All pies and quiches are dispatched frozen. Once thawed, they can be stored 4-5 days in the fridge before reheating.

Ingredients: organic chicken (25%), organic beans, organic coconut cream, organic coconut milk, organic wholemeal spelt flour, organic white spelt flour, organic sunflower oil, organic raw sugar, organic eggs, vegetable oil, green curry paste, fish sauce, sea salt, pepper, 15% filtered water.
