Yoghurt Lactose Free Natural 500gm

The lactase enzyme is isolated from a special strain of dairy yeast. This natural enzyme breaks down lactose into the simpler forms of sugars, glucose and galactose, which are more digestible. The presence of these simple sugars also sweetens the yoghurt slightly.
